Page two

The product, as I read it from outside.

This is how much I picture it going. I read the three sites and the posting, then drew the screen I'd want open every morning across all of them. My reasoning, not a redesign.

Sketch · internal view · real competitors, invented numbers

Monday morning, three platforms

The business is visible from the outside: organic traffic across five languages, comparison tables built on partner data, referral links to 450+ partners, revenue on the other side of those links. The screen answers four questions: what earns, what's wrong, what's slipping, what's shipping.

Orange marks only the things a person has to decide. Nothing else on the screen is allowed to use it. That's the whole rule.

Why it's arranged this way

Four decisions

Revenue per 1,000 sessions is the headline
Traffic is an input, not the score. A month can add 6% sessions and still earn less if the mix moves from Swedish broker pages to English price pages. One number holds both.
Stale facts sit next to revenue
Your posting calls data accuracy critical, so it belongs on the same screen as revenue, at the same size. On a separate page it becomes a chore nobody does.
Markets are rows, not a dropdown
A page can be first in Sweden and ninth in Finland. A dropdown hides that by default; a row doesn't.
The competition sits on the same screen
Lendo, Compricer, Zmarta and Kortio in Sweden, Finansportalen and Lendo in Norway, Mybanker in Denmark, Rahalaitos and Sortter in Finland, Cryptowisser and BrokerChooser on English crypto queries. Lendo, Compricer and Mybanker are all Lendo Group, so four names can be one company. A position tells you that you moved; the name next to it tells you who moved you.
Every row ends in a next step
Not a status. A step. "Monthly cap hit on day 22, renegotiate" tells a new team member what to do. "Underperforming" does not.

What I'm guessing at

The competitors are real. The numbers are invented, and the shape probably is too. Most of this likely exists already in some form. If I've read the problem wrong, that's a useful thing for both of us to find in the first conversation rather than the third month.
